Police have arrested a man and a woman on charges of trying to raise 10,000 at Windward Parkway Bank on false charges.
Bank officials called the police at 11 a.m. tomorrow. One day, the woman contacted a vendor who told her she had asked for
10,000 for her mother’s funeral.

While the staff had handed the card to the woman, while she was talking to him, the man brought the woman and tried to persuade
her to leave.
