Police have arrested a man and a woman on charges of trying to raise 10,000 at Windward Parkway Bank on false charges.

Bank officials called the police at 11 a.m. tomorrow. One day, the woman contacted a vendor who told her she had asked for
10,000 for her mother’s funeral.
