A man has been arrested in connection with a large ooxcodone-coated drug for sale in Utah today.
Christopher Sean Kenny, 38, is facing charges, as a complaint filed in U.S. court. District on October 30.
The prosecutor claims he sold the counterfeit pills containing oxygen, containing fentanyl and alprazolam, after administering
them as fentanyl.
