Police have arrested a group believed to have led Carolina’s mailbox while stealing credit cards.
All four vendors were arrested this week in Moresville, N.C., Dat. Keith Dugan of the Rock Hill Police Department.
Moresville police have listed the suspects as Rock Hill. More than 130 mailboxes, including suitcases, were opened
